About the Item

‘The Mystery of the Two Sisters’ is a series of 3D animations devoted to two Sumerian sister goddesses, Inanna (Belet.babili) and Ereshkigal (Eres.ki.gal), symbolizing the bipolar unity of the material and mental, internal and external, visible and invisible. Inanna, the goddess of prosperity and abundance, holds the fate of all things in her hands, and a melody symbolizing the sun flows from her ornaments. Her sister, on the contrary, is a darker force, infinitely expanding and endowing the whole world with inner strength. This project is an attempt to combine something ancient and sacred with modern digital art forms.
